Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns At PrintingX, we take pride in delivering high-quality customized printing products. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the approved design.

  • Printing errors caused by PrintingX that differ from the customer’s submitted order.

  • The wrong item was sent.

To initiate a return, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. Proof of the issue, such as clear photographs, must be provided.

2. Refunds Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  • If a return is approved, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds will be credited back using the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Exchanges If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we can offer a replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

4. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Personalized/custom-printed items unless they have defects or errors caused by PrintingX.

  • Orders with customer-provided design errors (e.g., typos, incorrect colors, wrong sizes).

  • Items damaged due to customer handling or misuse.

5. Cancellations Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, orders are processed and cannot be modified or canceled.
