• Safe Zone: 36mm
• Max file size: 200MB total
VAT: If applicable, 20% is applied at checkout.

Turnaround Times:
• Same Day Express: Artwork must be approved by 5:00pm
• Other Turnarounds: Artwork must be approved by 6:30pm
• Manual proofing: Artwork must be submitted by 5:00pm to receive proof on the same day.

Yes. Choose our design service when you order, or send us your logo and ideas and our in-house designers will create a proof for you to approve before printing.
A print-ready PDF or JPEG at 300 dpi in CMYK is ideal. If you are not sure, send what you have: we check every file free of charge and will tell you if anything needs changing.
Most orders are printed within 3–5 working days of artwork approval, then sent by tracked delivery or ready to collect from our Newcastle-under-Lyme shop.
